Lacks clear and precise instructions.

Excellent concept, but lack of user instruction make the application so difficult to use that I have frequently given up and left the application. I am currently trying to plat a route with multiple stops. I managed to enter the first stop and even got a nicely plated map, but upon entering the second stop, the application acted like it was my first and totally by-passed the first stop. And, without clear and precise user instructions, I have been unable to edit the application to provide the proper sequence of stops in my driving route.
